Hi, I think the problem is that there is no "rtr" directory on the TFTP server. Either create that directory, or when the router asks for "Destination file name", type in something that doesn't have a directory name in it (e.g. "c2500-js-l.113-5.T.bin") instead of accepting the default "rtr/c2500-js-l.113-5.T.bin".
