Subject: ospf config [7:26034]

I am sorry for a stupid question.
I am trying to set up an OSPF network. So far I am doing from a router
to a router .
Here is what I have:

Router A:
int e0/0
ip address 192.168.30.0 255.255.255.0 <<== IP address is not correct - your
IOS accepted this?
ip ospf network poin-to-point <<=== mis-spelled - the IOS should reject
this

network ospf 10
network 192.168.0.0 0.0.255.255.0.0 area 0 <<=== your inverse mask in not
correct - how did the IOS EVER accept this?

Router B:
int e0/0
ip address 192.168.31.0 255.255.255.0 <<== IP address is incorrect
ip ospf network point-to-point

network ospf 10
network 192.168.0.0 0.0.255.255 area 0

When I do sh dcp neigh I can see the router but I can not ping it.
Would you please tell me what I am doing wrong.

Thanks in advance,

CL - in addition, both your ethernet addressees are in different subnets?
you say you can see the other router? how? CDP?
