Dear Vidyadhar What about so called educated people who park the car on foot path and in case u ask -give back the answer -ARE U THE OWNER OF THE ROAD/footpath-we need self discipline first.Similarly, those who take their pets for walk and make other's foot path dirty and compare Bangalore to USA and Singapore
