The preloaded package(s) of CJKutf8 is(are):
CJK
fontenc
inputenc

  CJKutf8 will preload CJK/fontenc/inputenc[utf8] packages. What
  version of CJK do you have? CJK should has CJKutf8.sty if you
  are useing 4.6.0. Maybe you need update your CJK?
