Here's another site that offers flyers about the same subject.
This particular one tries to educate as well as warn.  They're
$2 for 25 flyers, and I always keep them in my car.

Of course, it goes without saying that if the dog is in distress
phone the police immediately - they will break into the car to
remove the dog.
