Russeo's Pet store in the Fashion Island Mall in Newport Beach, CA has had
at least six Cavaliers that I know of this year. I did contact Bob
Hochberg, the Chair of the CKCSC, USA Ethics Committee, when I personally
saw a litter of four and he,in turn, wrote the owner of Russeo's a letter.
I found the letter to be rather 'toothless', and I'm fairly certain the
owner of Russeo's did too, because on Tuesday a friend called to tell me
that Russeo's had a Blenheim Cavalier Puppy for sale (listed at $1,500). I
did go to investigate this on Thursday afternoon, however,it must have
already been sold as there was no Cavalier to be found. I can only imagine
that with Cavalier puppies moving this fast it will not belong before
Russeo's has several more.
