Julie,
ANYONE can breed, register, show, etc., in the Club as well as long as they
abide by the rules. The AKC also regulates what dogs can be bred, registered
and shown within its own guidelines. Either way, you have to prove that your
dog(s) meets basic requirements to participate in the registry's activities.
Whether we choose to follow the rules and participate or not is an individual
decision.
