If Myra's good advice does not help, the next step would be to take the pup
off of Mom and put it on Esbilac and have Mom's milk cultured. In fact I
would take all pups off until the milk was tested. I have had a litter fail
for that reason. Most vets don't know that much about neonatal problems so I
would definitely find one who deals with lots of breeders.
