What surprises me about how they know the roll is now just about empty, is
"which" dog is really able to do that!  My youngest!  11 mo. old tri boy!
the others I will have to watch more closely?  They watch, but they don't
spin LOL  He spins when the roll is getting close LOL.   I think you have
something about the sound!  It does go clompity clompity!   I watched my 11
mo old desperately try to "own" an empty cardboard box recently. He is by far
the most animated!!  :)   He is little, but mighty!  he wanted the box so bad
he was trying to cover it with his little body and ended up just inside the
box!  He was captain of the ship-box!  My cocker simply tried to pull the box
with him in it!  She was yanking it, and it started to tear, and McGwire was
torn between trying to stop her from tearing the box, and just sitting back
enjoying being pulled down the hall!  Darby followed behind wondering where
his little pal was being taken LOL
