Hi list,
I just finished reading a very interesting article in Whole Dog Journal,
"Obsessive/Compulsive Dogs." In this article CKCS fly- snapping behavior is
mentioned. What is interesting is the article states that although
fly-snapping behavior was thought to be a form of epileptic seizure, current
beliefs are that it is a behavioral issue, although with a genetic
component. And that behavioral modification techniques can often control or
cure the behavior.

This magazine is an excellent one and I recommend it to anyone who wants to
keep up with the "cutting edge" of holistic health issues and positive
reward training techniques.
