Things are not just somewhat different in the US - they are very different!!

If you change your dollar sign to pounds and then add some more pounds that
would be nearer to the cost for any test over here.
I know of no vet over here that will X-ray hips without a GA which means the
dog has to be at the vets for the whole day - the vet I have to use
routinely now does not even "do" hips for scoring!
As both Jeanie and Dianne have said and I agree with them we have to work
with what we have
