Are you ready for the christmas cake. We like this one anytime but you can decorate it for christmas with cherries. I like to take the cherrie and cut it in fourths without going all the way through so it hold together then I stick a toothpick through a mini marshmellow and put that in the center of the cherry it looks like flowers and on the green cake it really is pretty. Yes Green Cake Pestachio Nut Cake Mix in order 1 pkg white cake mix 1/2 c water, 1/2 c oil, 1/2 c milk 5 eggs 2 pkgs of pistachio pudding mix (jello makes it) Save about 2 Tbs of pudding mix for frosting. Add 1cup chopped walnuts (I use pecans) to batter. Mix 1 min on low speed and 3 min on high speed. Pour into greased & floured tube pan and bake 350 for 50 to 55 min. Mix powder sugar and milk to make a glaze add the remaining 2 Tbs of frosting mix to this with some more pecans and drizzle over the cake. Decorate with the cherries and marshmellows.
