We fed Back to Basics for between 4 and 5 years and were very happy with it
and how our dogs did on it. Even our one picky eater loved it. As our dogs
have begun to age we were having some weight issues with a couple of them.
We recently decided to switch to Best in Show not only because we felt it was
a step up ingrediant wise but also because it had lower fat content. As I
said we were very happy with Back to Basics but we have noticed a difference
even between that and the Best in Show we are now using. Our dogs seem to
have more energy and are doing as well in coat and condition if not better.
The only drawbacks we have found so far is that Best in Show is a bit more
pricey and their delivery not as reliable (very slow). Too early to tell
long term results with Best in Show and we would not hesitate to recommend
Back to Basics as a quality food.

Here is a good website for comparing foods and ingrediants.
