Ah, but why do they only care about one thing?!  Remember, they are an
employee--NOT an employer!
Me thinks it might be their employers that are often the ones demanding the
*win*.  This is not to say that they don't get into handling because they
like the *win*, but I guarantee many of them are *driven* by their employers
to win as often as possible.  That is why employers often (usually?) employ
them--to win more often with more of their dogs so others may think they
have the *best* dogs!
