Noone would ever say that. You should always purchase the absolute best you can however, to many time a novice will give up under the pressure. Lots of nice dogs have been lost due to lack of conditioning, turned into a pet from being spoiled to death, or simply the showing was not that high a priority to the novice. It is hard sometimes to determine which novice will stick with it, listen to what the breeder says and actually do it.
