Thank you Alida for the article address.  It is especially heartbreaking as
she is so darn pretty, probably the prettiest one in my house, but I won't
breed her for a number of reasons.  My biggest concern is trying to help
her find some peace.  If after her upcoming season I find that she settles
down again, I will have her spayed, but I think that there is more to her
tail chasing than just hormones.

She does not chew her tail...she has a very short tail (as her mother does)
and I don't think that she could catch it..<G>.  I have tried different
foods and have not found that they have made any difference at all.  It is
frustrating.
