I use them because my boys mark in the house. They get so excited when they see us that they forget they are trained.
My concern with using them outside is that when they pee they will get the belly bands wet. I use them with a sanitary pad and that keeps it longer between washings. I usually bring my little guys in and wash their bellies when they are done.
