I've done several PennHIPs at a young age and OFA's later.  Absolutely NO
correlation whatsoever as to whether or not HD will develop or 2 year rating
of hips in a particular dog.  However I do believe that if the information
is used properly, over time you will more than likely see overall
improvement in the hips of future babies.  Hard to use the information
properly at this point in time as very few dogs are PennHIP'd!  I pretty
much gave up on it because I think that although the information garnered is
important--it is not useable just yet.
