I usually do the OFA x-rays at one year of age and the accuracy should be about 90%. I've never had a pass on an early one turn into a fail at a later date. The later OFA's seem to give a higher grade than the early ones. I think that the early ones are graded more conservatively than the ones that are done at 2 years old. All the best, Susan Cochran
