I think I might have missed something here.  If the puppy is being returned
to the puppy mill by its owner, I'm sure that they are not going to refund
the $$$$.  Does this person want to "sell" this puppy or give it up to
rescue?  Although I have not been involved with Lucky Star for sometime, I
remember their mission statement having to do with rescuing cavaliers from
auctions not buying puppies from individuals.
