My vets have no problems with giving me health certificates. I have given my own puppy vaccines for over 20 years. I also do the de-wormings, heartworm preventative, and all that sort of thing. I take our dogs to the vet for rabies vaccinations, routine health exams and any illness. I couldn't afford to breed dogs if I had to go to the vet for every routine thing.
