Judy, Who was the sire and dam? I also have a wonderful dog that is the son of AKC Ch.Rutherford Quigley. He was also underused because his legs were a little short but oh, what a head plus rear drive to die for! His son has a balanced body however, he tends to carry his tail high when competing with the boys. But some English breeder/judges ignore that because of his confirmation and attitude.
