A creme egg is a candy made of white creme fondant which has tiny bit of yellow fondant to emulate the yolk of an egg and it is dipped in milk chocolate. The candy is egg shaped and looks like a chocolate bonbon the shape and size of a small hen egg. They are delicious and the one where the fondant is replaced by caramel is even better. They are actually for a child's Easter basket, but adults have learned of their excellence, LOL. All the best, Susan
