I just bought some Cadbruy Caramel eggs at the local Bueuhlers Buy Low Grocery store. Where I was there I bought lots of other things my mind must have been going nuts. This is what I ended up doing after my shopping spree. Late last night I blew up balloons and dipped them in Chocolate only half way up. When the chocolate set up I popped the balloons and that left me with nice chocolate easter baskets which I filled with a mixture of strawberries, Kiwi's, bananas, grapes, mini marshmallows and red raspberries. Then I top it with the cream from the christmas recipe I sent to all of you. I put a mini easter bunny on top sprinkled with green coconut I colored with food coloring and place mini Cadburys eggs all around the bunny. All the kids went nuts when they were served their very own fruit chocolate easter basket. It was a lot of fun to do.
