Thanks for the suggestion, Renee, but my antique computer and dial phone (and you thought they were all gone!!) can not access the applications. I emailed off the website several times and even left phone messages and never got a response. I recently asked a member of one of the AKC regional clubs, and she said she didn't think she could get me one. ?? I am not exactly in an area with other reputable breeders and AKC members.
