I don't think that you understood what Judy was saying. The lawsuit would
have to be brought by a CKCSC club member who filed it against the club
because they had the rule that the member couldn't use AKC dogs. That is how
a restraint of trade lawsuit works and it has been used by CKCSC members in
the past with great success. Usually, the member is a lawyer so the cost is
greatly reduced for the person filing the suit.
