Diane... The examples that OFA has given for their permanent grading system
using the seven hip phenotype are:

2 radiologist reported excellent, 1 radiologist reported good: final
phenotype grade would be excellent.

1 radiologist reported excellent, 1 radiologist reported good, 1 radiologist
reported fair: final phenotype grade would be good.

1 radiologist reported fair, 2 radiogists reported mild dysplasia: final
phenotype grade would be mild dysplasia.

So it is a nice idea to inquire what the individual's reports were...

Take care,
Kathy Yonkers
