Just asking for a refresher course for fresh A.I. Just want to have the supplies on hand. I know I need a 20 cc syringe, some tubing and maybe a pipette. What baffles me is the kind of tubing. Since the tubing would not be inserted if a pipette is attached to the end, I guess I could use aquarium tubing? Was it rubber tubing that should not be used because it may kill the sperm? Any helping hints from you experts would be appreciated.
