It's a plastic pipette, but it is the same diameter as the pipettes that they use to inseminate horses and cattle....just shorter. If you go to Camelot Farms on the net, or to that other place...International Canine Sperm Bank or something like that, and look up products, they have pictures of the pipettes and you can see exactly what they look like. You place the pipette into the bitch about 5-6 inches for the insemination.
