My Pet Contract also states the dog has to come back to me as well. With show puppies I don't take puppies back, and I no longer do co-owns--except with the occasional friend who wants to work *with* me and sometimes with people who want to co-own--THEY are the ones who say they feel safer co-owning until they know what they are doing. I have a Show Contract that I use instead. So far everyone has been very happy with my Contract and some have even asked for permission to use it with their own show puppies.
