No. He would have to be bitten by a rabid animal. And he is not exposed to
such animals. And, based on information I've read, immunity can be built
simply by exposure to dogs who are vaccinated. My bitch was vaccinated. As a
side note, my holistic vet recently wrote a letter asking to exempt Windy
from vaccinations as she has several growths (so far, all benign) and Boxers
being subject to cancer and vaccinations are know to challenge the immune
system which could cause any of these growths to become malignant. The Los
Angeles Animal Services Department accepted this letter and renewed her
license for a year.
