They do over here. In my state alone I am aware of 3 different vets that will "fix" a tail and have done so in Goldens. The worst part is when the owners lie to people who want to breed to the dog. My champion, group winning male has a gay tail, I trained him to keep it level in the ring, which he does most of the time LOL but I've never hid that fact.
