FWIW Someone sent me a copy of a documented case a while back. I've since
lost it, but an eighteen-year-old chihuahua choked to death on one. That's the
only "true story" I know of. My dogs get one (the petites) every other day. I
don't give them to my puppy, he gets a little biscuit. We have had no problems
in over a year.
