Great advice, Veronica. I think I will take Laura's advice too, and not do the breeding. I did some reading on line breeding, and it probably isn't a good idea because of the fact that Spencer's mom is Amy's sister. If it were just a daughter of Ace of Base bred to a Grandson of Ace of Base it would probably be okay, but since there are two relatives who are doubled up on, it is probably best to pass on this breeding. Sometimes my ideas aren't the very best, and I am so grateful to have all of you experienced breeders to turn to. That is how I learn....as you say, before the 'deed' rather than after the fact when I might learn I had made a huge mistake. Thank you all for your input on this. You are a great resource to me.
