We have a very heartbreaking situation here in San Diego. There are 160
dogs
that include Cavaliers, English Toys and another breed that have been taken
into custody. I have been in contact with the San Diego Animal Shelter and
have an appointment with them in the morning. The dogs have been taken to
several facilities here in San Diego. The local news, KGTV Channel 10, came
by my house to talk with me tonight and told me that probably 6 dogs will
have to be put down because of their poor health. The reporter that
interviewed me was the one that was at the house when they took the dogs.
He told me who the "person" was but I will not give the name over the
internet, it will come out soon.
I have already talked with several people that are ready to help. I have
conferred with Rescue officials and Club members of both clubs (AKC and
Cavalier) as well as ET rescue, and everyone is ready to do what ever needs
to be done. We will all work together. I will keep you all informed.
