"Lois" was a client of mine at the beginning of The Royal Spaniels until I realized what she was. I cancelled her ad and her subscription and refunded her $$$ and received a telephone call and then a 2 page letter from her attorney suggesting a lawsuit if I did not immediately reinstate her. I stood my ground and pointed out a few facts and thankfully, never heard from him again. Judy has a valid point however, I was sued by a commercial dog breeder and she won, despite a mountain of evidence against her and the testimony for me of not one but two past presidents of our parent club. Juries are easily manuplated so we must be cautious in our zeal.
