OMG Cathy, I had no idea. I am SO sorry. I just thought you were making a
funny. I do hope your dog recovered. That's terrible. I am always so
paranoid about what the dogs are picking up in the yard. Just today while
doing some gardening Dixie got hold of a tulip bulb and was champing away.
Some years back I had a tonkinese kitten. I bought a little toy at Petsmart
for it to play with. She died about a week later after surgery when a piece
of elastic from that toy had worked it's way into her intestines. I sued
Petsmart in hopes it would bring attention to some of the unsafe products
they sell as pet toys. I won the $400 but that toy is still being sold at
that same store. You can bet now whenever I buy pet toys the first thing I
do is look for elastic and cut it off.
So sorry, I had no idea you were serious.
Glenn
