Cathy, I don't think the people who are breeding all these dogs know that they end up in the USA in the puppy broker hands. I have a friend who owns an import and the breeder was very shocked to learn how this dog arrived in the US. Nice dog too. The broker in Minnesota is also having sick dogs and wrong or no paperwork.
