I feed Canidae and have been really pleased. I too like to add canned/fresh fruits veggies meats etc. Recently I have been adding canned Salmon packed in water. I don't even look at the price. I'll bet it costs more per pound than the Cavalier. A small can does not go far with four dogs-three being large. Those of you who feed Sardines etc. are they high in salt? Do you rinse them first? This might be a good option for me but I gag at the smell of any fish so I know very little about them.
