I have been paying $1.25 for a can of sardines in tomato sauce at Safeway for my dogs. And I thought that was a good deal. No I do not rinse them before feeding to the dogs. Just scrape the tomato sauce off as you will. I buy those because the others are packed in oil or too many seasonings. They do wonders for coat.
