I'm not a breeder and realize you were asking breeders, but I think a short,
polite reply should be given. It sounds like a child wrote this, and I
really don't think "newly born" means the same thing to this person as it
does to us. I just think it's a child who wants a puppy. I would tell her
that you don't have any puppies, but that a Cavalier puppy generally costs
between $x and $x dollars.

Even if an adult wrote it, I don't think it was written with disrespect. I
think this person has no idea that "newly born" would be perceived as just
being born that second as opposed to a puppy. I can spell and speak
intelligently, but I didn't have a clue as to what was expected when I first
started making inquiries about Cavalier puppies. I was one who could not
remember the name. I wrote it down on a piece of paper and read it when I
spoke with breeders. Even then I didn't always get it right. It takes time
to learn these things.

Granted, this person doesn't sound like she/he would be open to a long
education about the breed, but I believe everyone is entitled to a polite
reply.
