I wish I could.  I have had something similar happen to me.  I had a puppy
checked at 8 weeks (NORMAL) by Dr. A.... and then again at 16 months (minor
fold on outer edge of one eye) by Dr. B....then at 28 months (GRD in both
eyes) by Dr. C.  The interesting thing is that this puppy was seen by three
different Board Certified Specialists.  Recently I took this puppy to a
different ophthalmologist....Dr. D and guess what.....(NORMAL)..at 3 years of
age.
FYI, both parents were CERF'd normal as puppies....and continue to CERF
normal.
