So you aren't sure if the lady is just a new person in the breed, with good intentions, or a fake. Now you tell me, if you were a reputable breeder, regardless of where, dealing with a person who didn't know what the pedigrees were etc. hmmm I have my doubts. That and no one brags before they have had time in to proove themselves. If they do, they surely fall very fast. I know if I imported a dog from England or where ever, I can quote the parentage, for three gens at least (from memory) and all the health clearnaces too. That and who sends originals of papers attached to the crates. And the dogs are flying in to Toronto??? Any dogs flying into Canada with more then one in a crate, must be individualy identified. The small thing we do to cut down the puppymills. Of course it just opened the door to Canadian entreprenuers,, another story.
