This is the lady who went to England, collected a bunch (12 or so, I believe) of Cavaliers, left them in the car in the heat while they went inside to eat lunch. The police came, confiscated all the dogs and sent her packing back to the USA. Her name at that point was Jane May and she was from the midwest somewhere. She changed her name abruptly to Stauffer and has been obtaining dogs from a breeder in Germany -- I think. Maybe also from England. She's bad news!!
