This made me laugh, Pam - the part about the 'occasional forgetfulness', that is... My 'Rose' will be 13 years old on November 8. She was also diagnosed with a very small (barely a grade 1) murmur at age 3 and a half years. I had barely progressed to a Grade 3 by the time she was 11 years old, and she has been on a very small dose of Enalapril daily for about a year and a half. She's done well, is a bit 'dotty' but still her basic self. Why did your Vet put your bitch on Enalapril so early on in her stage of MVD?
