I see the stuff by the side of the highway all the time--it seems to be at large yards where they carry septic tanks, sewer pipes--things like that. That is where I'm going to check. I have to have a septic tank put into the yard of my new house so I am planning order it and have them deliver it all at the same time--save me some effort and possibly money too. I'm sticking with concrete or hard stuff for my conduit--no paper tubes no matter how hard for the adults, but it might be fine for the little puppies.
