This was on American. Last week, I flew a Delta affiliate and was
strictly limited to 2 checked bags and one carry on and a purse. American
did say that my Tutto was my carryon. The tutto fit under the seat, but it
had to be placed on its side (Natalie easily adjusted to the position
switch). It has mesh on 3 sides and the top, the other side has a zippered
compartment.
I have also read that just about all the airlines are getting stricter
with baggage limits (you can check more luggage, but it will cost extra,
about $45 I think). I chose American for the other flight because they have
cut down on the number of seats in coach to give more room. I'll have to
wait and see how cramped Delta is.
