Then my response to every pet owner who claims to care about the health of the dogs is to see the folly behind the exact scenario that I presented: A CKCSC breeder can breed their untested 9 month old girl to their untested 12 month old girl and register the litter with CKCSC with absolutely no problem. However, if that same breeder breeds their dual registered five year old fully tested girl to a 10 year old heart clear AKC only boy, the litter can not be registered and the breeder can lose their membership in CKCSC as a punishment for having done the breeding. If pet owners are as concerned as they say they are, they could see that this situation is clearly not about the dogs. Myra
