Why would I alter a signature? Forge maybe but alter? And I think if I had an
example of a signature of a cardiologist, being that the volunteers who run the health
registry are not handwriting experts, I could copy it close enough to sign someone
elses' name and get away with it. I still don't see what can be done to a copy that
can not be done to an original if someone has the intent to deceive they will find a
way. My cardiologist forms from the clinic at the williamsburg show were not
multi-part forms.
