Hi Dave I tend to agree with you. In another life it was my job to evaluate training through examination of documents. I usually asked for certified true copies or originals. I always checked up on the documentation submitted. Oddly enough the only problems I had were with documents that looked like originals, not with the certified true copies.

And I think if I had an example of a signature of a cardiologist, being that the volunteers who run the health registry are not handwriting experts, I could copy it close enough to sign someone elses' name and get away with it. I still don't see what can be done to a copy that can not be done to an original if someone has the intent to deceive they will find a way.
